As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to technical enquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding the design, installation and performance of the client's passive fire protection systems.

In your first few weeks in this Technical Services Engineer role, you can expect to:

• Provide timely and accurate technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders on passive fire protection cavity barriers and firestops with a primary focus on the building envelope
• Collaborate with project management teams to address technical queries and provide solutions aligned to the project requirements and product specifications
• Analyse technical specifications, drawings, and project plans to advise on best product selection, standards and regulations
• Record technical enquires and responses in our in-house CRM system
