Technical Sales Manager (Mechanical Building Services Products)

£70,000 - £80,000 (OTE £100,000+) + Hybrid + Car Allowance Option + Commission

Are you a Technical Sales Manager with a background in Interior Acoustic Products or Mechanical Building Services looking to spearhead a new department? You will grow and develop your own processes for one of the UK's leading businesses in the construction space and work on some of the highest profile architectural projects in the UK.

Do you want a role where you will have complete autonomy and work on projects that will be worth from £100,000 to £2,000,000 and you will be the go to Sales Manager providing specialist solutions and expertise across the UK?

In this role you will develop our market for the sale of our vibration isolation, seismic and thermal expansion products and services and target markets such as residential, industrial, power, scientific and manufacturing.

This role would suit someone with background in engineering but currently has a focus on sales, specifically in the mechanical services industry. You will be working primarily remotely with a focus on customer site visits.

The Role:

• Visiting client sites and offering bespoke solutions
• Developing sales strategies
• Selling company specialist products

The Person:

• Background in engineering, with current sales focus
• Mechanical services background
• Technical sales experience
