Technical Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting the role of Technical Manager to work for a specialist manufacturing business in Hull.

This is an excellent opportunity and will suit an experienced Technical Manager, joining a highly skilled team and supporting the core activities and business objectives. This role plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising technical processes. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with stringent industry regulations, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This Technical Manager will be responsible for:

• Providing technical leadership, expertise, and guidance to cross functional teams.
• Collaborate with and lead on key projects with R&D, Quality assurance and Production to drive innovation while maintaining compliance.
• Work with quality assurance to uphold and enhance quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues to maintain product integrity.
• Lead mentor and develop a team of technical professionals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement / learning.
• Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements governing the manufacturing process.

Elevation Recruitment Group are keen to speak with individuals that have the following skills and experience:

• You will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing or related subject, master’s degree highly desired.
• Lean Six Sigma.
• H&S Qualifications.
• Demonstrable experience working within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• In depth knowledge of regulations and standards required for highly regulated manufacturing.
• Proven Technical Manager with strong leadership and communication skills.
