Technical Lead - Passive Fire

Join one of our clients as a Technical Lead in the Passive Fire industry, where you'll drive technical compliance and innovation. Lead the team to ensure projects meet high standards of safety and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate our technical team to maintain compliance standards.
  • Plan and oversee technical aspects of projects, working with teams to develop effective strategies.
  • Evaluate risks and propose solutions to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and maintain strong technical standards and processes.
  • Monitor project progress and manage changes efficiently.
  • Promote health and safety excellence in design, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance to support pre-construction activities and operations teams.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in passive fireproofing with a focus on compliance.
  • Strong team player with decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of passive fire protection (PFP) systems and relevant regulations.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
