Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical training courses to experienced engineers in small groups
• Use your hands on knowledge to provide practical training in line with industry standards
• Assist in the development and design of new courses
• Keep up-to-date with skills and legislative changes to deliver in-demand training
• Enhance your own presentation skills through coaching and training
• Communicate technical information effectively to a small audience of 3 to 8 people
• Participate in occasional off-site training within the UK, with flexible availability and your own mode of transport

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated practical experience in the commercial/industrial Electrical Engineering field
• Understanding of factory standards and maintenance fitting experience preferred
• Passion for continuous learning and personal development
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with trainees effectively
• Teaching or training experience is not required, as full training and coaching will be provided
