Technical Improvement Engineer

Are you passionate about product improvement and eager to develop your career in the construction industry? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Technical Improvement Engineer to join our team and contribute to the exciting journey of bringing new technical products to market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support us in researching and implementing product development strategies.
  • Assist in prototyping new products and conducting thorough testing procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new products into the market.
  • Aid in maintaining documentation and adhering to regulatory standards throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, assisting with inquiries and clarifications.

Person Specification

  • Enthusiastic about product design and development, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assist in conducting necessary calculations and tests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, capable of managing documentation and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Basic understanding of architectural and manufacturing principles is desirable.
  • Eagerness to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of the team.

Hours of Work, Pay, and Benefits

  • Circa £45,000.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Hours are negotiable.
