Our client, a long-established manufacturer is seeking a talented Quality/Process professional to join their Manufacturing Operations team.


The company has a solid financial footing and has seen significant growth.

Key duties include:
• Maintaining the Company Quality System
• Establishing, Implementing & Maintaining Quality awareness across sites
• Responsible for Continual Improvement activities to enhance the products and environment
• Working with production to identify route causes of problems and to create solutions
• Work with Cross Functional teams to Generate Manufacturing Inspection Test Plans
• Develop and Introduce SOP for Key Products
• Familiarisation with quality systems

• Analyze Root Causes and Implement Corrective actions for Processes or parts that have concerns

• Continuously Improving Quality Procedures
• Prepare Regular Improvement reports for the Group Quality Manager

Knowledge and Skills:
• Previous experience in a Production Engineering environment and in a Quality / Inspection Role
• Good Knowledge of technical and quality standards
• Good Practical use of measuring equipment and measuring techniques
• Capable of making independent decisions, whilst being appreciative of other departments
• Excellent computer skills including Word & Excel
• Attention to detail
• Flexible and Trustworthy
