Technical Customer Support Engineer
I am looking for a Technical Customer Support Engineer for this leading company based in Cambridge. You must have experience in in a similar role within a High-Tech Engineering business as well as being able to obtain Security Clearance.
Your day to day will involve supporting customers with technical product queries and issues, customer training, and maintaining internal systems as well as writing customer facing documentation.
No two days will be the same and you will be keen to continuously develop your product knowledge and technical skills whilst collaborating with other teams in the business.

What do we need from you?
- Degree or equivalent in an Engineering related subject
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience in a similar role working with high-tech products
- Eligible to obtain UK security clearance
