About the Role: As a Technical Customer Champion, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their clients receive top-notch service and products. Working closely with global suppliers, you'll manage projects from artwork review to press approvals. This dynamic position may have you in the office one day and jetting off to Europe or the Far East the next, with or without clients present.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers worldwide, building strong relationships to meet customer needs.
• Oversee projects with precision, from artwork reviews to press approvals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high-quality products are always available.
• Receive comprehensive training on print processes, material properties, and relationship management.
• Leverage your technical aptitude and creative ability to excel in the role.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or purchasing preferred.
• Technical or creative background advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally for business needs.
