Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for technical coordination in the architectural and design realm, particularly within the residential housing sector? If so, we're looking for someone just like you to join our dynamic team.

As a pivotal member of our technical team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of all stages of the design process, including securing statutory approvals. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing project scope and requirements, delivering cost-effective and technically precise design solutions that maximize return on investment.You will have a proven track record within a design environment with a B.I.A.T./Degree or similar.  A sound knowledge of building regulations, warranty providers and SAPS is essential.

What You will need:

  • Degree qualification or similar
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years proven experience
  • Organisational ability
  • Superior written and verbal communication
  • Sound judgement
  • Analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, problem solver
  • Comfortable working under pressure and with competing demands
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of construction terminology
