Technical Coordinator - Heating / Plumbing (HYBRID WORK)

Our excellent client, who are global market leaders in their field, are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join their large, friendly team in Ross-on-Wye on a full-time, permanent basis.

Please note this is not a fully remote position and you will be required to attend the office at flexible notice so will need to be within a commutable distance to the Ross-on-Wye office.

Responsibilities

- Actively engage in various heating/plumbing projects.

- Act as a key member of the Technical Sales team.

- Participating in the preparation and submission of tender proposals for internal and external pipe system projects.

- Providing technical assistance and guidance to national customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

- Undertaking focused independent tasks within projects, while also contributing to broader project teams.

- Involvement in projects spanning from initial feasibility assessments through to installation, commissioning, and occasional technical support during operation phases.

- Liaising closely with Sales Managers and other external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

- General administration.

- Any other ad-hoc duties to support the team.

Key Attributes

- Background in heating/plumbing/HVAC.

- Customer service experience.

- AutoCAD familiarity.

- Experience in creating bills of materials, quotations, or tender submissions.

Hours:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexibility in start and finish times + 50/50 hybrid working model.
