My client is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Conveyancer to join their team. With over 5 years of experience managing complex caseloads, the ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in residential conveyancing transactions and possess a conveyancing qualification, though this is desirable rather than essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Quality checking purchase enquiries and liaising with sellers' solicitors.
  • Ensuring thorough quality checks and timely delivery of all purchase reports to clients.
  • Taking responsibility for signing off title for purchase files.
  • Providing assistance to case handlers with complex sale enquiries within the team.
  • Upholding the highest standards of client care to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Utilizing the case management system effectively in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Preparation of required documentation aligned with conveyancing processes.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Conveyancer, demonstrating a strong technical knowledge.
  • Proven track record as a senior conveyancer with the ability to handle complex caseloads.
  • Exceptional client care skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, particularly experience with case management systems (preferably Proclaim).
