Technical Claims Handler (FNOL) opportunities have arisen at the UK's largest specialist motor insurer based in their Swansea offices.

The Claims Technicians are on the frontline providing support and guidance to our customers during the claims process. Predominantly working over the telephone, they ensure that enquiries are processed in a timely manner and handled with the highest of care. Working in the Claims Operations team you’ll be continually building your technical knowledge of insurance claims and the laws and regulations that govern the process.

This position would suit those who have an interest in law, insurance, or customer service. Applicants do not need to have previous experience in these areas as full training will be provided.

Main duties include:

  • Responding to policy holder enquiries and correspondence in professional manner
  • Providing reassurance and supporting our customers through the claims process
  • Establishing the circumstances of a claim and making the appropriate enquiries to ensure an understanding of the situation
  • Negotiating the settlement of claims in an efficient and economical manner

This department operates between Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm (and the occasional weekend), you must be available to work during these hours.
