Technical Author - Contract - Portsmouth

Wild Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity as a Technical Author for one of our clients based in Portsmouth.

Our client is a leading company in the UK, manufacturing and supplying products of the highest performance and quality. They want to recruit for this full time contract role urgently.

Responsibilities:

• Produce a comprehensive range of OEM manuals.
• Experience in producing technical documentation.
• Proficient in conveying technical material clearly and effectively.
• Ability to assimilate and convey technical material clearly and effectively.
• Ability to gather technical information and specifications.
• Proven capability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

About you

• Detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Understanding of engineering standards in regulated industries.
• Ability to gain SV clearance
• Demonstrable experience in a technical authoring or writing position
