Technical After Sales Coordinator - Requirements

  • The role has a technical emphasis so experience/knowledge in engineering would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work using own initiative & team player
  • Experience in a similar role

Technical After Sales Coordinator - Responsibilities

  • Improve the quality of customer service and retention of customers
  • Monitor warranty claim submissions and requisite credits and take action as required
  • To control service stocks at a level commensurate with profit requirements
  • To maximise departmental profitability through the sale of labour, parts, accessories, & other products
  • Work closely with the service team for our direct business to deliver a first class service
  • Ensure all clerical functions within the department are carried out in accordance with stated policies, e.g. Warranty claims, customer follow ups, workshop loading, estimating, invoicing, daily operating controls, stock ordering, parts returns surcharges
  • Dealing with queries & providing resolutions
  • Ensure the necessary improvements and corrective actions are taken where variations of target achievement occur
  • Provide business case for new service products
  • Establish & maintain good relationships with all other departmental colleagues
  • Responding to new and repeat enquiries by phone and by email
  • Deliver continuous improvement in aftersales revenues & cost efficiencies
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers
  • Exploring and driving new opportunities to enhance sales revenue and optimize after-sales operation
