Technical Advisor - Coffee & Vending

Location Birmingham, Walsall, Oldbury, West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Hagley

Package - £25,000 - £29,000 plus other company benefits.

Hours - 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 4pm

The Company

We are a leading multinational coffee machine specialist, providing a comprehensive range of coffee machines to the OOH, HoReCa, and vending markets.

Our machines are used by over 10,000 customers in over 140 countries worldwide, this has enabled us to establish a global revenue in excess of £300 million - as the Technical Advisor you will be working with some of those 10,000 customers.

The Role

You will be working in our engineering team, which will focus on advising our customer over the phone to trouble shoot their problems.

The role is varied and will involve advising on our full range of traditional and automated coffee machines, as well as our vending solutions.

The customers you will be supporting could be business providing hot beverage solutions to their employees, to coffee shops, hotels, pubs, and restaurants, so trouble shooting and advising is a key part of this role.

The Person

We are seeking to speak with candidates with an experience working with coffee or vending machines.

• Candidates that are looking to move away from being field based and looking for more a desk-based role, we want to speak with you.

• Candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years in the coffee or vending machines

• Candidates that aren’t in the industry currently but are looking to move back into the industry will be considered.

• Strong communication skills are key for this role.
