Our client is a leading organisation within their field, and they are looking for an Administrator to join their busy team and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of their fast-paced office.

The role will be responsible for data processing and administration, and it is a vital role in the provision of services to their clients.

The role requires the successful candidate to be a personable team player and you will be able to use your own initiative, have great communications skills and be willing to work effectively as part of a team.

This role will involve:

  • Data processing and data entry
  • Amending, updating and cancelling customer records
  • Importing data files
  • Liaising with customers by phone and email
  • Exporting data and reports

A methodical approach to work, excellent organisation, and attention to detail will aid you in excelling in this position.
