Tech Support Assistant - Salisbury - £22k-£25k DOE

I am working with an electronics manufacturer based in Salisbury who are now looking for a Tech Support Assistant. The role will provide operational support to a key client and provide assistance with returns processing.

Job Responsibilities:

Help customers with technical issues.
Manage the return process for devices.
Test new products and updates, keep accurate records, and share feedback.
Provide customer feedback about products and report any issues or suggestions to the team.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach are essential
Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
No need for advanced electronics knowledge; full training can be provided.
