Based near York, this is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team and take control of you own earning potentials with uncapped commission!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare clients.
  • Identify and cultivate potential sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, customer and partner referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional/virtual teams, to deliver a superior customer experience.
  • To proactively ensure that your own knowledge of all relevant products, services and licensing agreements is up to date.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximise profits while ensuring clients’ needs are met.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • To provide support to the wider team who deal with existing customers.
  • To maintain appropriate customer records on the client's sales order processing system.
  • Use the business tools provided to enhance your knowledge within your customer base.
  • Qualify opportunities, actively seek out new sales opportunities and prospect new customers and manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Adhere to relevant Key Performance Indicators for the Sales Team.
  • Support objectives as defined in the company’s information security policy.
  • Perform your tasks in support of data and information security.
