My client is an award winning advice firm with offices in Norfolk and Suffolk, they have been established for over 35 years. Their Bury St. Edmunds based team are looking for a Financial Services experienced candidate with time spent working in a regulated environment desirable; the successful candidate will benefit from a market leading salary, benefits package and importantly the opportunity to progress in their career with support both personally and financially.

Role Purpose

To provide administrative support to the private client team, to ensure that they have timely and accurate information.

To ensure that client records are kept fully up to date with all related correspondence uploaded and correct indexing to appropriate systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will input fact find details onto Intelligent Office
  • You will undertake scanning and ensure information is saved in the right place
  • You will collate information and prepare client review meeting packs
  • You will input and analyse completed risk profile questionnaires
  • You will undertake post review work in accordance with the checklist
  • You will liaise with the team regarding reviews that are due each month and keep opportunities up to date
  • You will complete anti money laundering checks via Smart Search for individuals and companies house for corporate clients
  • You will generate policy information request letters for letters of authority and change of agency and send to providers. Set up the event list and analysis sheet
  • You will complete Policy analysis
  • You will provide general administrative support to private client team members e.g. post
  • You will maintain and update my talent development record, via the Beckett Academy App, ensuring my objectives are up to date and impact of any training is recorded
