A leading global firm of Architects are seeking an experienced PA to support 4 Directors.

You will be working as a part of a close-knit team of 4 PA's in beautiful landmark offices close to Liverpool Street station.

Duties include

  • Managing the Directors complex diaries and international travel.
  • Preparation of documents for meetings, internal and external.
  • Work as part of the admin team to organise events.
  • Deal with timesheets, billing and expenses.

You will be working alongside two less experienced Administrators, and you need the ability to mentor them to ensure the team works effectively. You will also work alongside a more senior EA. They are a lovely team and pull together.

This is a fast-paced environment and would suit an experienced PA /Team Administrator ideally who has worked in a similar environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work 1 day a week from home and four in the office. Your team work on rota to ensure cover in the office at all times.
