Our client, Knowsley Borough Council, is looking for a Team Manager to join their Rapid Response and reablement team.

  • To support the Rapid Response and reablement team with training, audits and service development.
  • To support with change management and experience of service improvements.
  • Supporting the team for effective service delivery which will include oversight and approval of rota's/shift patterns.
  • Undertake supervisions with staff.
  • To effectively demonstrate and implement within practice strong leadership, IT skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • To have knowledge and experience within the personal care sector with an understanding of The Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Health and Safety.
  • Full enhanced DBS check. Essential car driver.
  • To be flexible in the role and support with weekend/out of hours cover as and when required.
  • To have a thorough knowledge base and experience of working within a CQC regulated service.
