Team Manager
Our client, Knowsley Borough Council, is looking for a Team Manager to join their Rapid Response and reablement team.
- To support the Rapid Response and reablement team with training, audits and service development.
- To support with change management and experience of service improvements.
- Supporting the team for effective service delivery which will include oversight and approval of rota's/shift patterns.
- Undertake supervisions with staff.
- To effectively demonstrate and implement within practice strong leadership, IT skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
- To have knowledge and experience within the personal care sector with an understanding of The Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Health and Safety.
- Full enhanced DBS check. Essential car driver.
- To be flexible in the role and support with weekend/out of hours cover as and when required.
- To have a thorough knowledge base and experience of working within a CQC regulated service.
