Team Manager position available on a full time basis working in Blackpool there will be 6 homes that you will be travelling to and monitoring support workers and service users, you will be empowering individuals with learning disabilities to live independently.

you wil be collaborating with family members and external support networks to maintain best practice care.

what you will need to be successful.

2+years of supervisory experience in social care

strong leadership qualities

excellent communication skills

This is a perm position you MUST have the right to work full time in the UK, and you Must have a UK driving licence
