Job Title: Team Leader/Manager
Department: Wills
Location: Bristol, office based but flexibility/hybrid can be offered.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
Hours: Full Time

A reputable Firm with offices across the UK is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner to oversee their Wills department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a management position. The firm has a very friendly culture and working environment which will be clear to you upon interview. Extremely high staff retention rate and lots of opportunities to further progress in your career.

Duties:
* Oversee a small team of Private Client Solicitors/Fee Earners/Paralegals in the Will department. Monitoring performance, KPIs.
* Manage a reduced caseload, Wills, Trusts and LPA.
* Helping further develop and grow the department including recruiting new staff.
* Mentoring and help train new and existing staff

Experience:
* Solicitor or equivalent in Private Client Law.
* Strong experience in Wills department
* Management/coaching experience beneficial but not essential. This is also ideal for someone who has the drive to step up and lead a team.
* Friendly, good communication, can do attitude and a good team player.
