Position: Team Manager - Social Worker

The Role: As the Team Manager for our Short Term Team - Referral and Assessment, you'll lead a team of dedicated social workers in ensuring that children and families receive the support they need during challenging times. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the team to deliver timely and comprehensive assessments for children at risk.
  • Collaborating with schools, health professionals, and local partners to provide holistic support.
  • Driving continuous improvement in practice to enhance outcomes for children and families.
