Are you looking to work with children? Then don’t miss out this exciting opportunity to work with children and care proceeding services as a Team Manager for the Childrens Safeguarding Team.  

The pay rate would be up to £42 per hour and the role is based in Northamptonshire.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • You will provide leadership to your team, each team consists of a Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, who holds complex cases and supports 5 or 6 Social Workers / Senior Social Workers and a Newly Qualified Social Worker within their team.?
  • You will be responsible for allocating and prioritising workloads effectively to ensure the care of the child is paramount, whilst also ensuring you develop your team to provide an effective and efficient service.?? 
  • Hybrid working (3 days per week in office)

As an ideal candidate, you will need to have:

  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Minimum 2 plus years of experience in working with children and related services
  • Access to vehicle and UK Driving License
