Position: Team Manager - Social Worker

The Role: In this role, you'll lead a team of passionate social workers in providing outstanding services for looked after children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality care plans tailored to the individual needs of looked after children.
  • Collaborating with foster carers, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Advocating for the voices of looked after children in all decision-making processes.
