Team Leader
Exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join a friendly team in Southwest London. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible of supervising the Travel Sales Executive team, monitoring workflow and providing support to ensure that all customer interactions are dealt with promptly throughout the customer lifecycle. To motivate, train and monitor performance to maximise conversion opportunities.
The Job:
- To monitor staff resources and ensure all incoming calls are answered promptly and dealt with professionally
- To drive sales and maximise conversion by providing motivation and support
- Provide staff training
- Ensure all sales enquiries received by, email, telephone, or any other channel are followed up and responded to by the team
- Dealing with group and tailor-made enquiries
- Conduct regular call monitoring, providing feedback and training where necessary
- Working with a wide variety of business travelers and luxury holidaymakers
- Arranging all aspects of the client's travel
- Handling all enquiries with exceptional customer service and in a professional manner
- Offering expert advice i.e., best value/most effective carriers, accommodation etc.
- Working well as part of a busy but friendly and supportive team
Skills Required:
- Previous Travel experience
- Previous experience leading / motivating a team
- In-depth knowledge of a GDS
- Strong knowledge of long-haul travel destinations and Worldwide geography
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to articulate well, good clear telephone voice.

The Package:
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus commission
- Hours: 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
