Team Leader

Our client is a reputable and growing organisation with offices located near Watlington. They have a new permanent requirement within their Sales team for a Sales Team Leader.

Reporting into the Chief Sales office, the Sales Team Leader is responsible for developing the team, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently.

The role will entail mentoring members of their team, setting targets, delivering training and monitoring performance.

The role will be responsible for: -

• Manage the overall running of the sales team
• Manage the team rota and staff holidays and absence
• Achieving growth and hitting targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
• Call quality audits to ensure that the team is following the script and delivering a first-class customer service
• Training and on-boarding of new and existing staff
• Monthly 121's with team members to ensure their performance is managed and development needs met.
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships
• To undertake other duties as requested

Job Requirement / Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, or equivalent role
• Time management and prioritising workload
• Industry Knowledge and Experience desirable
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• People management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organisational skills and attention to detail

Candidates that apply should have some previous experience of working in a team leader role and some property experience is preferable. You should be organised, proactive, with good attention to detail, and be a team player.

On offer is a salary of £28-32k (depending on experience) plus benefits as well as free on-site parking. The role is office based.
