Team Leader

Berry Recruitment is out looking for an experienced Team Leader!

This position will be initially for nine months with possibility to either extend for longer or move to a permanent position.

Contract Information:

Pay £13 - £14 per hour PAYE

Hybrid working - first couple of weeks will be full time in the office, once training is complete there will be an opportunity to work from home.

Location - Glasgow

Contract length: 9 months.

Day to Day:

• Lead small teams - Motivate, and develop the team and encourage communication.
• Schedule team work to required timescales and Service levels.
• Lead the planning implementation, in order to ensure the availability of required staff members.
• Ensure that agreed processes/standards/timescales/Quality Requirements are adhered to.
• Update and maintain data base/systems / documentation.

Experience:

• Previous experience in managing a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and good attention to detail.
• Highly developed user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good at internal and external communication skills.
