Team Leader

Do you have some experience working with children and leading a team?
Due to an expansion of Children's Homes in Somerset, we have exciting opportunities available for Team Leaders who are looking for a new role. As a Team Leader, you will stay with the children in the home for 24- or 48-hour shifts and support them with day-to-day life, including appointments, education, family visits and hobbies. You will also support with management, rotas, policies, and procedures.
The homes are specially designed to support children with complex care needs and are multi-occupancy homes.
You will be provided with a fantastic training programme and development, where you can have access to gaining NVQ level 3, 4 and 5 and progress into management positions.

What do we need from you?
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience within Children's Residential care or similar
- Knowledge of safeguarding
