Position: Recruitment Team Leader Healthcare

Location: Leeds, city centre

Salary: starting salary £30,000 - £35,000 experience dependent plus uncapped commission (OTE £55k to £65k)

Requirements: sales team leading or management, with recruitment experience being advantageous.

As part of £120m Servoca Plc, Servoca Nursing and Care are one of the leading social care temporary recruiters in the UK. Our nursing and healthcare recruitment consultants provide nurses, healthcare assistants and support staff to our clients, for both short and long term assignments.

The role itself will be managing a blend of experienced consultants, account managers and trainees, whilst helping develop our client and candidate base. As a billing manager, we are looking for someone who can lead the team by example, growing your desk and expanding our service offer.

You will be working within an established market, with a variety of clients across Leeds and the surrounding areas. The role will be largely telephone based, but will include all elements of the recruitment lifecycle, including; sales and business development, meeting clients, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates into roles & arranging interviews.

We have a market leading, uncapped commission scheme and a range of regular incentives.

You will have the opportunity to earn significantly above your basic salary with on-target commission and bonuses
