Team Leader / Senior Property Manager

My client is seeking an AST Senior Property Manager to join a fantastic team in Bexley or Rainham. This company has experienced significant and rapid growth in recent years, particularly within their lettings department, and they are now seeking AST property managers to join their expanding team. This employer is highly regarded for their commitment to personal and professional growth, offering a supportive and enjoyable work environment focused on development and success.

Position: Senior Property Manager / Property Manager

  • Multiple Location Availability: Barnehurst, Bexleyheath
  • Salary package: Senior/team leader up to a basic salary of £33,000-38,000 - (£42,000 incl comms DOE)
  • Full time - Monday to Friday: 9-6

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Property Management and serving as the primary contact for property management in the branch.
  • Preparing and presenting reports.
  • Leading and motivating the local property management team.
  • Resolving complaints.
  • Continuously seeking process improvements and actively participating in discussions.
  • Conducting morning meetings to outline key actions for the day to ensure smooth operations.
  • Must have experience in team leadership.
