Team Leader – Clinical Negligence

Liverpool/Hybrid

My client, a rapidly growing law firm specializing in personal injury and clinical negligence law, is offering an exciting opportunity to join their expanding Clinical Negligence Team. My client operates in the North-West of the UK and embraces Hybrid working, allowing many colleagues to work from home. Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Execution
  • Implementing departmental plans to achieve the firm's priorities.
  • Ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service.
  • Achieving agreed performance targets.
  • Leadership & Management
  • Leading and managing the Clinical Negligence team.
  • Coaching, developing, and supporting team members.
  • Delivering key input metrics: Team chargeability %, Letters of claim, cases served, cases settled, RA1 and RA2 acceptance rates, Win rate, Zero data breaches.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience leading or managing in a Clinical Negligence team, running a variety of Clinical Negligence claims. They should possess the ability to deliver excellent customer service, understand how to grow team productivity, and have experience coaching and supporting team members. Strong technology literacy, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills are essential.
