Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the wider team, working with them to ensure the production is achieved and delivered in the most efficient and organised way
  • Set standards across the team in all relevant areas – pace, structure, health and safety, quality and ultimately productivity
  • Working with all stakeholders to Build and oversee product specs and guidelines
  • Work closely with the Production Planner, Head of Production and wider SLT to confirm efficient and achievable production and delivery schedules
  • Manage a passionate and established team, supporting existing members as well oversee future growth

About You:

  • You must have experience working within a manufacturing environment, with experience running a production line being non-negotiable
  • Team management (at least 3)
  • Highly organised and focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Ideally experience within food and/or beverages production
  • Knowledge of HACCP, SOPs, SALSA standards etc.
  • This role is office based, and will require you have your own tranportation
