I am looking for Team Assistants/Administrators to register for upcoming permanent positions within Charities, Membership Bodies and Not-for-Profit.

I specialise in placing excellent candidates within Charities, Not-for-Profit and Membership Bodies on a permanent basis.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Coordinate team schedules and manage appointments
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Manage communications, both internal and external
  • Organise and maintain the office filing system
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform other relevant tasks as required by the team

Profile

A successful Team Assistant should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Worked within a Charity, NFP or Membership body
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A proactive approach to work and the ability to take initiative
