Our client, a prestigious creative organisation, is seeking a candidate to support a busy team. This is a very varied position and would suit someone with some experience in an office-based role. Duties will include providing a full administrative service including organising travel, meetings and diary appointments, dealing with expense claims, preparing agendas and presentations. . Good IT skills are essential,including a knowledge of MS Office, as is the ability to learn new systems when required. The role will involve extensive liaison with internal and external stakeholders and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to develop your career in a lively, professional, friendly, and stimulating working environment and would be ideal for a graduate with some office-based experience looking for a role with prospects. This role may be of particular interest to a candidate who is interested in working within a creative or design company.
