An international association specialising in the Finance and Asset Management sector based in the heart of the City is seeking a Team Assistant with InDesign experience for a 13 month maternity contract starting at the beginning of June.

You will be supporting a small team of 8-10 people with the international team supporting with diary management and travel arrangements. Duties will also include expense reconciliation, document formatting, website management, liaison with external stakeholders and email management.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience as a team assistant within a corporate environment. Knowledge of InDesign is highly preferable. The company offers a friendly, supportive working culture with hybrid working, requiring at least 2 days working in the office.

Beginning of June start for the right person. Interviews next week
