As a Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing full-time administrative support to the organisation. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be vital in managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel, and utilise mail merge for efficient communication.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, both within the team and across different departments, to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Manage internal and external communication, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team by proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a small team as well as independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and mail merge.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles within the finance industry is preferable.
