Team Administrator

Hybrid: office based.
Location: Central London
Hours; 8.30-5pm
My client is a well established and growing consultancy based in Central London. They are now looking for a Team Administrator to join their busy team. This is an incredibly diverse and varied role, with lots of opportunity to progress and grow within the business.
The role will be based within their busy London office and will provide day-to-day support for the Business Manager, Regional Director and office.
The duties include;
- Providing support across the office - ordering stationery, assisting with any office management tasks
- Scheduling and booking meetings
- Typing up meeting minutes
- Formatting and editing documents
- Logging, and filling receipts on Excel
- Data entry - for various Excel reports
- Assisting with event organisation - researching venues, caterers, and assisting with invitations
- Booking meeting rooms
- Meeting visitors, making teas/coffees
- Answering the telephone when required
- Adhoc support duties as required
Candidate attributes/skills;
- Proficient across the Microsoft office packages
- Process driven with strong attention to detail
- Accurate typing and formatting skills
- Professional, personable and positive
- Team player - no task is too small!
- Strong customer services skills
- Enthusiastic, self motivated and ambitious
- Driven, conscientious and passionate about their career
