An exciting opportunity to join our South Central Valuation and Development Team as a Team Administrator.

Role Overview :
An opportunity to join the South Central valuation and development team, based in our Oxford office. We are a successful regional team of 7 people across Oxford and Reading, specialising in residential, commercial and development valuation in addition to development consultancy. The team sits within a wider team of 24 which is across both locations and you will be working alongside two other administrators. The primary role will involve providing administrative support to the valuation team, with a secondary role in assisting fee earners with valuation due diligence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Open new job files (paperless) and carrying out online searches at the start of each valuation instruction.
  • Managing all invoicing for the team and maintenance of the team's fee spreadsheet.
  • Managing team and wider departmental meetings including agendas and minute taking.
  • Assist fee earners with valuation processes and technical aspects. 
  • Holiday/sickness cover or assistance to wider team/office administrative support as and when required.
  • Proactively ensure team members are kept up-to-date of diary schedules on a weekly basis.
  • Ensuring CVs, case studies and team sheets are kept up-to date.
  • Managing contact database.
  • Assisting fee earners with valuation due diligence including planning enquiries, Promap, searches and comparable evidence.
  • Keeping up to date with best practice and compliance matters.
  • Assisting with organisation of internal and client meetings and events.
  • Processing expenses for fee earners.
  • Liaise with other Savills offices/staff especially in the Oxford and Reading teams.

Key Skills : 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Enthusiasm and attention to detail.
  • IT proficient including MS Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
