Team Administrator / PA

Salary: £28,000-£35,000

Hours : 37 hours- flexible / hybrid

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Property company as a Team Administrator / PA. You will be supporting Directors and their busy team, you need excellent Administration and Communication skills. They are based in Maidstone with beautiful offices and you will be joining a friendly Team of Support staff, working for a company who invest heavily in Training and Development.

This role involves PA, Administration and is a varied and interesting role.

Duties:

  • Arranging Meetings and diary management
  • Sending property requirements on behalf of clients and producing availability schedules
  • Client reporting
  • Assisting in the production of client pitches and presentations as required using PowerPoint
  • Organising travel arrangements/hotels
  • Liaising with the property accounts team and setting up and chasing fees, invoicing clients
  • Reception cover

About you;

  • Strong Administration experience
  • HR administration is desirable
  • Excellent Communication skills

* Intermediate Microsoft Office
