Teaching Assistant

Our Client is in the search for a Teahing Assistant to work alongside their experienced members of the SEN teams. Their aim is to promote fairness, tolerance and respecting others. By the education and teaching their learners about turn taking and sharing. All our Clients teaching assistants are to develop their learners understanding of communication skills in creative and engaging methods.

The desired Teaching Assistant you would be willing to assist the pupils of this Chesham school in their understanding by using creative methods, with a positive and empathetic understanding. Through motivating their learners you will help them by celebrating their achievements.

As a teaching assistant in the Chesham area your are responisble for:

  • education and training of the pupils under your supervision
  • encouraging pupils to develop and achieve
  • Wokring closely with teachers, parents/guardians to aid the development of the pupils
  • Pupils behave safely and respectfully in school with the support of staff
