Teaching Assistant

Location: Melbourn, Cambridgeshire

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Salary: Pro rata, approximately £16,000



We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and contribute to the learning and development of our students. This is a permanent role where you can make a significant impact on young learners’ education. Day to Day of the role:

Work with students individually and in groups to support their learning and development.

Assist teachers in delivering educational content and activities.

Help create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Prepare classroom materials and assist with classroom management.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Experience in a secondary educational setting is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.

Patience and a positive attitude towards student learning.
