Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant
Salary : Grade and Level are Dependent upon Experience

An inclusive and large secondary school is seeking to appoint to the role of Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant to join them until the end of 2024. You will join a dedicated, hardworking and friendly team, who strive to provide the very best for their students.

Previous experience of working within a school environment would be an advantage, a genuine interest in working amongst young people is essential.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Teaching assistant qualification is desirable
  • SEN qualifications are desirable
  • Previous experience working of working with young people (which we can reference)
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
  • Up to date Prevent training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
