Teaching Assistant

We are working to recruit on behalf of several large SEN schools in Hillingdon who are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to start in April/May. The roles cover a wide range of age groups and learning disabilities so anyone with experience in working or caring with children with learning disabilities is encouraged to apply.

The vast majority of our roles are 8:30 to 3:30 Monday to Friday (term time only). We work with a wide range of local schools including primary, secondary and SEN and provisions school settings.

Your key duties as a Learning Support Assistant will be to:

• Supporting children in the classroom, particularly in a 1:1 setting where a relationship of trust can be built.
• Manage any challenging behaviour.
• Carrying out delegated tasks by classroom teachers in a positive manner.
• Promoting the school’s culture and ethos.
