We are seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to join our educational institution, where we are dedicated to fostering growth, curiosity, and a love for learning in our pupils. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to experience a variety of educational settings within the UK.

• Deliver lesson plans as provided by regular teaching staff, ensuring continuity in students’ learning experiences.
• Quickly adapt to new classroom environments and establish rapport with students.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and regular teaching staff.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth transition and effective classroom management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Previous experience as a supply teacher is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and staff.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new classroom environments and educational settings.
• Being able to drive is desirable but not essential, as assignments may vary in location.
