Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Lower KS2, Haringey

Are you passionate about supporting young learners? Join our client school in Haringey as a dedicated Teaching Assistant, providing invaluable support within their Lower Key Stage 2 class. This is a full-time position starting Easter 2024.

Position Details:

  • Start Date: Easter 2024.
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:


As a Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to meet the needs of approximately 28 students.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to academic and social development.
  • Supporting classroom management and behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment for all students.
