As an Academics Teaching Assistant you will work with children aged 4 to 11 in a classroom setting, providing them with the individual attention and guidance they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lesson plans and instruction
  • Help with classroom organisation and management
  • Support the teacher with preparation of materials for lessons
  • Set up equipment for activities
  • Provide individual and small group instruction
  • Support the teacher with record keeping
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children preferred
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patience and strong work ethic
  • Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to helping students reach their full potential, and a strong work ethic.
