We are working to recruit on behalf of several large SEN schools in Hounslow who are looking for experienced and qualified Learning Support Assistants to start asap. The roles cover a wide range of age groups and learning disabilities so anyone with experience in working with children with learning disabilities is encouraged to apply.

You will be rewarded with excellent rates of pay between £425-£475 per week. If you are interested in this position and have a passion for helping SEN children achieve the best that they can every day, then please send your CV ASAP!

The vast majority of our roles are 8:30 to 3:30 Monday to Friday (term time only). We work with a wide range of local schools including primary, secondary and SEN and provisions school settings.

Your key duties as a Learning Support Assistant will be to:

  • Supporting children in the classroom, particularly in a 1:1 setting where a relationship of trust can be built.
  • Manage any challenging behaviour.
  • Carrying out delegated tasks by classroom teachers in a positive manner.
  • Promoting the school’s culture and ethos.

Candidates will be required to have/obtain an enhanced DBS check that is either run via ourselves or via a third party of which it would need to be registered on the update service, and have the right to work in the UK. We cannot sponsor candidates, or worth with candidates that are on sponsorship with another company.
